Refund Policy

We want you to love your squishies. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.

30-day returns

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us first and we'll walk you through it.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to mail anything back.

Blind boxes

Because of the mystery format, opened blind boxes are final sale. Unopened blind boxes can be returned like any other item.

Exclusions

Normal wear from use (including tears from squeezing) isn't covered, and we can't accept returns of used squishies for hygiene reasons.

Refund processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
