FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your squishies made of?

Our food squishies are made from soft, slow-rising, skin-safe materials designed for squeezing. They're durable, tear-resistant, and don't leave sticky residue. Product-specific material details are listed on each product page.

What age are squishies for?

Our squishies are recommended for ages 6 and up. They are not suitable for children under 3 — soft materials and small parts can pose a choking hazard. For younger kids in the 3–6 range, we recommend adult supervision during play.

Can I microwave, heat, or freeze a squishy?

No — never. You may have seen recent news stories about children being seriously burned after microwaving squeeze toys. Please take this seriously: squishy toys must never be microwaved, heated, or frozen. Heating can cause the material inside to reach scalding temperatures and cause severe burns. Squishies are for squeezing at room temperature — that's it. Please talk to your kids about this, and if a toy is ever damaged or split open, throw it away.

Are squishies edible? They look delicious.

They really do — and no, they are not edible. Never put a squishy in your mouth, and keep them away from pets who might mistake them for a snack.

How do I clean my squishy?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air-dry. Don't submerge slow-rising squishies in water, and keep them out of direct sunlight to protect the colour.

How do blind boxes work?

Each blind box contains one mystery squishy from that series. Styles are random — that's the fun! Because of the mystery format, we can't take requests for specific styles, and blind boxes are final sale once opened (unopened boxes can still be returned).

Where do you ship from?

Canada! Every order ships from our Canadian warehouse — no duties, no customs surprises. See the shipping page for details.

What's your return policy?

Easy returns within 30 days on unopened items. If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your pick. See our refund policy for the full details.

My squishy isn't rising like it used to. Help?

Slow-rising foam recovers best at room temperature. If it's been squished in a cold mailbox or hot car, let it rest at room temp for a few hours. Small tears from very enthusiastic squeezing aren't covered, but reach out anyway — we're pretty reasonable.
