Welcome to Squishy Toys. By using this site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & safety

Our products are toys intended for ages 6 and up. They are not suitable for children under 3 due to potential choking hazards. Squishy toys must never be microwaved, heated, frozen, or placed in the mouth. Misuse of products contrary to these warnings is at the user's own risk.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) — for example, in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please double-check your shipping address — we can't recover packages sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, and branding — belongs to Squishy Toys and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
